These terms cover the websites, apps, and products operated by Punk Ventures LLC ("Punk Ventures", "we", "us"). Written in plain English. By using our products, you agree to them.
Punk Ventures is a fitness-tech venture studio. We build and operate our own software products for gyms, fitness apps, GLP-1 companies, and others in the fitness industry. Some are free, some are paid, and some are experiments that may change or disappear without notice.
Paid subscriptions bought inside our iOS apps are processed by Apple, not by us. They auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings: apple.com →
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under their policies. If something went wrong on our end, email us anyway — we'd rather sort it out.
Don't do these things with our products:
We can suspend or close accounts that do.
Anything you create or upload stays yours. You grant us only the permission we need to operate the product for you — storing it, displaying it back to you, and backing it up. We don't sell it and we don't use it for advertising. See the Privacy Policy for what we collect and why.
Our software, branding, and written material belong to Punk Ventures LLC. Using a product doesn't transfer ownership of it to you.
Our products rely on outside services (Apple, hosting and database providers, and others). Their terms apply to their parts, and we're not responsible for how they operate.
Our products are provided "as is". We don't guarantee they'll be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Products in active development may break.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Punk Ventures LLC isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Where liability can't be excluded, it's capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You can stop using our products at any time and delete your account. We can suspend or end access if these terms are broken, or if we discontinue a product. Sections that should survive termination — ownership, disclaimers, liability limits — do.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes go to the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
If these terms change significantly, we'll update the date above and notify you through the product. Continuing to use it after that means you accept the new terms.
