locls.club is an SMS-based service that connects you with local community updates, deals, and information. This section explains how we handle your data when you use locls.club.

Spend Later is the iOS app that helps you quantify money you don't spend. This section explains how we handle your data when you use Spend Later.

Financial Data:

App Usage Data:

• How often you use the app
• Features you interact with most

Device Information:

Subscription Data:

When you purchase a subscription:

• Apple processes payment information (not collected by us)
• We receive: subscription status, product ID, purchase date, expiration date

In-App Purchase Information:

Auto-Renewable Subscriptions:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You will be charged 24 hours before renewal

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial periods (except where required by law)

Subscription pricing and currency:

• Prices vary by region and are set in your local App Store currency
• Currency conversion handled by Apple
• Different privacy regulations may apply based on your location (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)

For GDPR compliance: Subscription data is necessary for contract performance. For CCPA compliance: Subscription data is not "sold" to third parties.

Spend Later is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. When we do:
